These reusable, heavy duty laminated cards fit in your scrub cargo pockets or white coat pocket, and are a template for you to fill out a complete physical exam. Use permanent marker to write your patient's exam findings down and then carry them with you all day without it rubbing away (doesn't that sound better than lugging your laptop into the wards?). You can even use the back to take notes on inpatients, take down a history, or make checklists for treatments. When done, use rubbing alcohol and a cloth or paper towel to wipe off your permanent marker and use it again!
